“Shannon was one of the best choices I made for my wedding, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! After reading rave reviews online and stalking her work for awhile on Instagram, I reached out and hoped for the best as I knew I did not want anyone else! Everything from the booking process to pre-wedding communication to execution was seamless. She is incredibly talented, professional, and knowledgeable. From the start, she was always there to answer my questions (some even dumb and she did not judge for one second) - from skincare tips months out from the wedding to even what exfoliant pads she recommended for daily use (lifesaver) and I think made a big difference. September wedding, wearing a 20lb dress, outside. Yea, it was hot! We were in the blazing sun for the ceremony, while the guests sat comfortably under tents. "Honestly, ladies. Look no further. I searched and searched and searched for a makeup artist for my wedding day. (I knew the type of work/look I was searching for and couldn’t seem to find it anywhere) I looked on the knot, I looked on Facebook and then one day on Instagram...I saw a post from Shannon and I was bewildered. She does impeccable work. You can tell that just from her portfolio pictures of previous clients on her social media profile. She has mastered the art of creating a natural makeup look with just the right amount of dramatic and glam elements. Impeccable! But let me tell you, not only is she talented, but professional, courteous and sweet. She set up a trial run with me about a month or two before the wedding so we could test out the makeup look before the big day. I went to her house and was astounded by the set-up...I felt like I was a Hollywood star getting my makeup done before some red carpet event! Fast forward to the big day...my wedding day! Shannon arrived RIGHT on time to our location. She plans out enough time to arrive and get herself all set up before she begins her work. My bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law could not say enough about Shannon’s talent and her kind-hearted spirit. My heart felt so full when my girls and both of my mothers felt so happy and beautiful after Shannon had done their makeup! I truly felt like a million bucks on the day of my wedding.
